The main floor includes a full kitchen, coffee bar, dining room, laundry facilities, a living room with a 55" TV w/ Chromecast, as well as storage for coats, shoes and luggage.

Upstairs are 3 bright bedrooms with large windows, comfortable beds and roomy closets. Also upstairs is a linen closet and 3-piece bathroom.

The backyard is fully fenced and includes a BBQ, spacious deck as well as outdoor sitting and eating areas in the Spring/Summer/Fall.

Shopping, restaurants, parks and more are within walking distance. Downtown Barrie and the Barrie Waterfront is a short trip down Bayfield Street. Highway 400 is only 2 minutes away.

The house is located on a quiet street with old growth trees and a park, tennis courts and a playground. Guest parking is located on the driveway.
