We didn’t rent a car so they ran to the store and bought us whatever we needed, took us on a 4 hour tour, cooked amazing breakfast’s each morning. "This was a very unique experience. The lodging was a shipping container and we went to sleep to the sound of coqui frogs and woke up to roosters crowing. The hosts were so personable and the breakfast was amazing, probably the best we had during our entire visit to the island. They have a friendly, but excitable dog. Nearby to pick-up points for excursion companies. Ubers readily and quickly available. Secure location. 24/7 desk concierge. Near busy street but rental was amazingly quiet. Very responsive management."

"The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience."
