"This was such a beautiful home in an equally beautiful location. We truly enjoyed our stay. Waking up to bird song, making our own meals in the well appointed kitchen with amazing views, and enjoying the pool and patio areas all made for a delightful experience. "Beautiful villa next to the beach with a nice pool on the property. The villa was very clean with great space for families and/or couple on vacation. Boqueron beach is walking distance away with many amazing food spots near by. Would definitely recommend to any traveling to Puerto Rico."

"A place that lived up to the pictures! The backyard was amazing. A great pool with a swim up bar, a beautiful fountain, plenty of space to relax and hang out with the iguanas. It was a very short walk to an isolated beach. The inside was spacious, a large kitchen, big dining and living rooms. Stu was a great host. I give this place my highest recommendation. "

"We had a great time at our stay. The house had everything we needed, with plenty of beach towels and lovely AC. It was very close to all you need in Rincón."

"The place was perfect for us 5 couples. Some recommendations for the manager, when renting a 5 bedroom house you have to assume there is a lot of people staying so more then 1 towel per person would be needed for a week long stay. A Greek coffee maker is not sufficient and we went out and purchased one on the first day, asked the manager about it and low and behold in the storage of the house they had a 12 cup coffee maker. Our main complaint was lack of storage or drawers for us. O y one...

"Hi Bill, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our sunset villa# 3 Lower. We spent all of our early mornings out on the deck. Got to see 3 double rainbows and we even got to see a whale! Everything was just as expected. The pool was beautiful , just like the picture.. Your host Grizel was exceptional! If we were missing something, she got it for us. If we needed island information, she had it. Our flight was cancelled due to bad weather in Michigan..below zero conditions, so...
