"10/10!! My friends and I will definitely be coming back! The room was clean and had all the essentials ex: Ironing board, iron, fully equipped kitchen, washer+dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, WiFi and more! The staff was very helpful and kind. The amenities were our favorite!!! So much to do! The parking garage was also very easy to navigate. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!"

"I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location is also very convenient you can walk to nearby bars and restaurants, and it’s close to the airport. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The agent was not welcoming or friendly at all. Her attitude made me feel like I was bothering her, and she openly mentioned to a coworker that she was ready to go home, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate in front of a guest. Customer service is a key part of the guest experience, and this interaction did not reflect that. Because of this, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. I hope management addresses this, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very good, and the hotel has great potential. "
