"Great location for access to Barrow, with plenty of on-site parking. Room was large, well-appointed and obviously recently refurbished. Spotlessly clean, with plenty of room to work. Kitchenette was small but perfectly usable, with sink, fridge and microwave. Staff were responsive and very pleasant. Would have no hesitation is staying here again. "

"We stayed at the holiday Inn on New Years Eve which turned out to be a great stopping off point for visiting Cumbria. The facilities and breakfast were great. We would especially like to shout out to the housekeeping staff for their honesty and integrity in handing in some personal property which we inadvertently left in our room. Also a big thanks to Jemma who contacted us, checked that the item was ours and where it had been left then promptly returned it to us. The staff are a credit to the Holiday Inn and we can’t thank them enough. "

"The room has a sofa t.v. fridge and microwave aswell as it's own private bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast provided aswell. Overall good value for money. Close to supermarket and shops"
