"It was a wonderful trip from beginning to end. My first time here and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, garden view was nice. I was close to the beach with chairs and beach towels included. Beachfront bar with service on the beach was a nice touch. Food menu was original and good."

"The room was very clean, had everything to cook (hot plate, pans, dinnerware), make breakfast (toaster, coffee appliances). The ocean view was incredible. The Gap is a lively place at night, but in the oceanfront rooms with the bathroom door closed you can not hear the music at night, I hear this is not the case for some rooms near the street. The restaurant food was great, we ate there 4-5 times. (Thanks Alisha/Kadeem)! The bar staff (Hi Ricky, Nick, Amall, Kyle) were so nice. We even got to taste homemade Conkies from Independence Day (so good), thanks Kyle and his mom). The pool is great and there were places in Sun or shade as I prefer, and at night the sunset is beautiful and the lighting is fantastic and welcoming (well the sunrises from the room view were nice too). There a bathroom off the restaurant with shower and books from travellers. All the maintenance staff and front desk were always so polite and nice as well. The paint was spotless and all is renovated with thoughtful and modern design."

Reconciling the cost of taxes on the Expedia application and the hotel/apartments would make BLR Villas Dover Beach a 10--location, cleanliness, and price. When the Longitudinal Ph.D. dissertation writer was homeless (20251216-several days) and thirsty, BLR Villas extended water (free of charge) and allowed the previous renter to use the internet (to attempt to get proper Expedia refunds/reduce homelessness). "Second time staying at this hotel, it was worth repeating! We have had a wonderful stay at Dover Beach Hotel. The hotel is right on the beach and has a friendly authentic feel to it. In a great position looking out to sea yet close to the bus stop to get around the island. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful. Fabulous place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for a beautiful week. "

"Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean and the outdoor pool / hammocks were a nice reprieve on our last day when the ocean was a bit too aggressive for my liking! Staff was able to hold our bags when we arrived early before our room was available, and they were able to accommodate late check out for us. The location was prime as well with only a short 5-minute walk to the nearest beach, bars, restaurants and the main road where you can hop onto the buses. Would stay here again!"
