"Room was clean, shower was terrible no hot water to speak of, no coffee in the room, coffee in the lobby was terrible and Luke warm. Garbage over spilling outside in the can. Hotel needs some needed attention."

"We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Pecos while visiting from Dallas. The room itself was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. On one morning, when we arrived to eat, they were completely out of eggs and sausage, there were no plates available, and I had to ask the staff to prepare fresh food. "The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very large and neatly organized. The hotel is a bit outdated, found some mold around the tub and fixtures in the bathroom. The vanity is outside of the bathroom as well, and there’s only one for the 2 bedroom suite. Overall I would stay here again but it’s just not as updated as I had expected."
