The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location—close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive into Memphis. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I did notice that the rooms could use a bit of an update. A fresh coat of paint and some modern touches would go a long way in improving the overall feel. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. "Our stay was awesome. When we arrive, we arrived seven hours early. I walked in and asked so we could check in early and a manager looked it up and said no problem. We have two rooms available. That made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to start our vacation soon. We took off and enjoyed the sites of Memphis. My kids got to swim in a swimming pool. My grandkids had an awesome time. I would recommend Hyatt lotta places to see a lot of places to go. A lot of stuff was close."

"As I was leaving, I dropped my wallet. The staff called me and told me to come back and get it. Nothing was missing. The staff here are very respectful, and always greet me with a warm welcome. I love this hotel."
