"Be careful with the Free Wifi. I got cyber attacked (ARP poisoning attempts), I complained and wanted to speak to someone about it but sadly they didn't take it seriously. However the issue seem to magically resolve itself the next day! Without any direct communication then I can only assume it was magic. Also 'self-check-in'.....not a fan, I scan my food at the supermarkets, I tag my luggage at the airport - I think I am working for 8 companies now and I dont get even get a staff discount!!! Keep smiling."

"Proper value for money, ideal place for me to get my head down after watching the Villa before heading back down to London the following morning. I was up & away early the following morning so unfortunately I was too early to tuck into the hot breakfast which did smell great however the kind lady said that I was free to grab a coffee & any of the cold options before I departed. Will be returning to this hotel in the near future 👍"

"The breakfast was fresh, but unfortunately not as hot as it could have been. Also, the coffee pot disappeared very quickly when there were still 6 people in the dining room. The room was pretty, the bed comfortable, and the shower and toiletries lovely. I was in the Coach House. We ate off the menu the night before and the chicken was so delicious. The grounds of the hotel are so beautiful. There's a small maze too. Totally recommend this hotel. Would happily stay there again. We were attending a conference at the NEC Birmingham, and it was just about 12 minutes drive away."

"Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Beds are very comfy. Only problem was how loud the room doors slam, very annoying for getting a good sleep and can be quite loud if your room is facing onto the car park as the bar area gets busy and a lot of people stand outside to smoke etc quite late at night. Other than that, great place to stay with great amenities"

"Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was as you'd expect for the price, bed was a bit uncomfortable but clean, and the shower / bathroom was great (hot water, powerful shower). Loads of parking , just heading round the side as the front looks very sketchy!"
