"Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Great location, beautiful views and nature around. The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. "Our third stay @ this hotel. The first was very good, the second so-so (at check out, the receptionist asked me to pay for the room, because the hotel didn’t receive the payment from Expedia), making us lose 15’). This time we were first offered a room next to the hotel, with a door which could not be locked. When we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was fully booked, which wasn’t the case. To have a shower, I had to wait a few minutes for the warm water. The internet connection was very slow. This is not a 4* hotel. "
