"The on-site staff were wonderful. But the room was not ready at check in time. It smelled like dogs. There was black mold on the bed. Super loud traffic noise all night. "

"The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

"Joe was a great host! The road up to the units is pretty rough. He helped me through it."

"Confortable and peaceful."

"The customer service is really amazing. Our flight got in after check in hours and we still were met and greeted. They gave us wonderful suggestions on where to go and where to eat. Anytime we had a question it was answered immediately. Our room was beautiful, clean and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and checkout was easy. Definitely recommend and will go again on our next visit. Thank you!"
