"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "

The cleaning staff seems to be somewhat rude, as we found our items thrown around the bathroom after their visit; they also seem to have shake our suitcases while moving them around, as their content was not in the order we left it. The area around Berliner Tor station was turned into a massive construction ground, which made the access to the hotel very inconvenient. "
