"All I can say is this place is AMAZING! It was absolutely perfect for our family and friends. The chateau is breathtaking (something out of a movie) and the pool is such an added benefit. "Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them."

"We had an exceptional 2 night stay in this hotel. Our room overlooked the sea which had coloured light in the evening. The view was just stunning. The hotel was clean and the added bonus was very friendly helpful staff."

"Good position and ok for overnight stop. Room a bit small but clean & comfortable bed. Decoration a bit quirky & retro but good facilities, shower etc. good location. Parking a bit of a lottery as only 11/2 hrs at a time next to hotel. "
