This place it’s a dream place , we loved everything it’s modern and has expensive furniture which is my favorite, bathroom, living room and bathroom it’s amazing, very nice designs. We loved the view in morning I was worry that because our room in the basement and I thought will be dark and not cool, but this has wonderful views just like in TV show and the roof doesn’t have air conditioning but it doesn’t need it because it’s cool and cold and we have to cover with blankets. Modernity of the bathroom infrastructure; centrality of the place; supermarket across the road; shops downstairs; customer service; gymn on the same building; the lounge is cozy; great set-up for academics; the once a week cleaning service; ease of access to the tram; washer and dryer facility. Amazing! Its more expensive than a regular apartment but if you want a nice bathroom; its worth it.

The location was perfect, right next to shops and cafes, right on the Promenade next to the river. Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable room. Even had laundry facilities available, although the laundry soap smelled like what they would use at a hospital.

Location was perfect. Bathroom and kitchen facilities both were great. The host dealt with a small issue during the late hours and for that I'm grateful. Tremendous value.

This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!

My son and I absolutely loved (!!!) staying here. Tom is so nice and personable, and he provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. It was also fun that he could chat some about recent history of Freiburg. The rooms were clean and well-heated, and the showers and whirlpool tub were great! Modern.
