"Bed was comfortable, customer service was outstanding honestly and I needed a couple of things so they were so kind and nice, the flatbread was really good and honestly it was so close to my medical appointments at the Cleveland Clinic that it was a great experience! Close to the airport as well - it barely took the Uber 19 minutes to get there!"

"This was our first time staying in a Residence Inn and it will not be our last! This location was very convenient for our plans while in Cleveland. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so polite and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The room was great. Nice and clean, everything was exactly as pictured. The breakfast was also great. There was a variety of options, and everything was delicious. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the sofa bed was smelly, uncomfortable and hard to fold back into sofa form. But it's a hotel sofa bed so, we didn't expect it to be great. Overall, this hotel has pretty much ruined me for all other hotels. My next booking will absolutely be with another Marriot hotel! "

"The hotel was clean and brightly lit. Felicia quickly checked us in and was very helpful with all of our questions. Our room was very comfortable and well tended. The breakfast had lots of selections. I had a bagel, sausage, and scrambled eggs and it was all fresh and yummy. "

"Contact with the owner was FAST and appreciated. The house was nice and had everything we needed.I would 100% stay again. This is a great option if you need to be near the Cleveland Clinic. It’s close to the main entrance, maybe 10 minutes away. The walk there and the area is safe.I can be a bit slow/dense at times and had a slight issue getting in but the owner walked me through it - even when arriving late in the evening.This place made our stay at the clinic much stressful than it otherwise could have been."
