The unit was clean, comfortable bed, smart TVs, updated counter tops and appliances, etc. I also liked how it had driveway parking so I didn’t have to leave my rental on the street. The unit is also equipped with 1gig fiber internet from Google, so streaming on a smart TV is seamless. "This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall...

"This condo was perfect for our family weekend in Overland Park. We had a wedding to attend, and the condo was very centrally located. It was clean and very quiet. The kitchen and dining room were nice and big for our group, and the beds were all comfy. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Overland Park!"

"Perfect unit for four friends. Tons of space and a beautiful veranda to spend evenings. Only drawback is one parking space. Otherwise, walking distance to great restaurants and short drives to various venues."

"Things i like most is there is plenty of room, bathroom counter space and a king size bed. It is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet but there are several flights of stairs to haul your stuff up and down."

"This was just perfect for us. We were visiting KC for a baseball tournament and the location couldn't have been better. Very clean. My only complaint (which is hardly one) is that we arrived after 9pm and had a hard time figuring out which door to enter to get into the specific unit. The outside numbers on the building threw us off. I tried to call my contact person, but no answer. We figured it out and all was well. "The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:)."

"Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of."
