We couldn't fault the hotel. Location, staff, accommodation and facilities were all exceptional. Complimentary mini bar was a great feature. Pre check in info was also fabulous. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Great hotel right across the street from Basel SBB train station. Shower wasn't draining but the staff responded quickly and rectified the situation. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Basel, Switzerland.

A fantastic location right across from the train station. Staff was lovely upon our arrival. Checked us into rooms right away. Rooms were great and very comfortable with lots of amenities - slippers, housecoats, prosecco! Breakfast was fantastic. A beautiful hotel and incredibly lovely staff! Would stay again for sure.

The front desk staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but clean. The breakfast was very good and served in a very nice atmosphere. The train station was across the road and a small grocery store was next to the hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages and snacks in the room were complimentary. We were offered bottled water and snacks upon checkout which was a nice surprise. Lovely staff.. upgrafed me took a double room.. which was very spacious... but they didn't tell me about the special block out blinds... so my room was like day light in the night... breakfast room was very elegant with a wonderful selection of food... close to train and trams.

The property was about a 5 min walk to the train station. The room was very clean and we appreciated that the refrigerator was stocked with free items. The included breakfast was the best we have ever seen. The A/C was excellent which we noticed was not true everywhere. I would rate this hotel 5/5 and we will definitely stay here if we get the opportunity to come back to Basel.

What a great find if you want to explore Basel. The location is next to all the transportation hubs, including trains, E bike rentals car rental. And most importantly, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stage well. The answer all our stupid questions, worked out train routes locations, and even hotel shuttles on the other end our trip. It is a quiet boutique, hotel with one full charm and energy. Nicholas made our stay enjoyable from the moment we walked in the door and made sure we had all the information we needed. The manager Petrick was also very enjoyable and attentive to her knees. The hostesses in the breakfast buffet remembered our names and beverage requests after the first one warning. It's close to everything, clean, good energy, and a refreshing place to be to recharge while on a trip.

Highly recommend this hotel. The organic buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. The hotel itself is so convenient to train station and trams. The room was rather small but clean and comfortable. The free chocolate was a plus!

A lovely hotel very (easy walk with bags) close to the railway station and tram stops. Walkable to old town (10-15 minutes) and a good breakfast. The room was modern with the refrigerator stocked with some soft drinks, juice, beer and Prosecco included. Extremely helpful staff who made us dinner recommendations and reservations at a local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel door. A nice grocery store was also next door where we purchased salads and sandwiches. Would stay again.
