It was a great located hotel. As a solo traveler it was safe and easy to get to and from. The staff were also friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I was very impressed with the tram being right outside the hotel too. The room came with a fab view and would definitely be staying there if I visit Basel again!

Easy to find and convenient location. Staff were reasonably friendly. Room was clean however on one of our nights it wasn’t cleaned properly and amenities were not refilled. Very flat pillows which were uncomfortable. We would stay again.

The customer service is outstanding! The staff behind the counter and the guest services have been so helpful. The location is right in front of a tram stop, public transportation is free for guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This hotel was lovely. We were very comfortable, the location was perfect to get around Basel. We used the Sauna and it was lovely and they also restocked the mini bar when needed. I will definitely stay again.

Great location and an easy tram ride from the station. We stayed before a Viking River Cruise. Viking has a desk on the lobby. The rooms were great. They were quiet, nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff could have not been more helpful.
