The hotel is really clean and comfortable. They gave us a Basel card, so we could use public transport for free. One downside was that tram passes along the street next to the hotel, and you can hear it.

City centre Basel

Nice hotel in Basel and reasonably priced- apart from the breakfast - wow that’s expensive for tea and toast.😳. Service is great but then it usually is in Switzerland. No kettle in the room but that was soon corrected. Get a garden room if you can. Those at the front can be noisy.

Very nice modern hotel. Good amenities. Our room was upgraded - it was a good sized room. With Swiss focus on environment, the temperature control in the room is governed. We stayed in early September during a heat wave and the room was far too hot for sleep. Fortunately staff provided us with an electric fan to make it bearable. Will not travel to this area in summer again. At least we had AC! Good restaurant at hotel. Hotel close to other good restaurants and stores. 10 minute walk to old town central market area with many museums, shops, cafes, and a cathedral! Transit was right outside our hotel. Excellent transit system. Easy to use.

All was amazing apart from trying to get served in the bar area, the barstaff seem to actively avoid making eye contact. Apart from that all great and reception staff were really helpful

It is perfect for a visit to Basel. You can discover both banks of the river in an easy way. You are close to everything but far enough from noise of the city center.

Grosse Zimmer, guter Standard

Wir waren eine Nacht beruflich im Basel. Der Empfang ist freundlich, die Zimmer sehr gross und wir schätzen es sehr, wenn es noch eine Badewanne gibt. Die Betten sind für leichte Menschen ein wenig hart und man kann leider nicht ganz verdunkeln. Das nächste Mal würden wir ein Zimmer zur Rückseite wünschen. Am Wochenende ist doch Nachts einiges los vor der Türe und da helfen die Schallschutzfenster nur bedingt. Aber grundsätzlich ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Perfektes Hotel nähe Messe

Schon zum 3 mal im Hotel und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung. Das Hotel liegt im Clara Viertel und in der nähe von der Messe. Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig im 3 UG vorhanden. Ruhiges Zimmer und sehr sauber. Genügend Platz für Koffer.

Zentral gelegen, Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich, BTS ( Namjoon ) hatte auch dort Aufenthalt , während seiner Reise im Sommer. Parkhaus vorhanden unter dem Hotel. Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hotel.Sehr modern eingerichtete Zimmer.

Super hotel.

A superb hotel for my first visit to Basel. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. There’s a good restaurant, very friendly and professional staff, and the tram is minutes walk away. I was very pleased and impressed with this hotel.
