"Loved the location and surrounding area. Every convenient with shopping and restaurants is near by. The rooms were very small. We had the biggest room they offered and it was very compact. The noted king size bed was more like a queen size with limited room around the bed space."

"Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Guest areas were stunning and beautifully kept. Breakfast ticked all the boxes. Only small concerns were the extractor fan in the bathroom was completely blocked and as a result non functional. Shower attachments needs adjustment to increase water pressure. Otherwise a a really enjoyable and pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"I had a double bed room with a large balcony overlooking the Rotherhithe pier and across the Thames, Canary Wharf pier. It was a really nice touch having the balcony as the hotel was/is currently facing issues with their ac system not working around the hotel so I could leave my balcony door open for cool air as I slept. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak on that. My room had bits of dirt here and there but nothing too crazy to complain to the staff about. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the convenience of staying right across from Canary Wharf (and it being a 2/3 minute boat ride away (free for guests staying at the A&O), I would definitely recommend staying here as I am already planning my next trip back."

"As always we had a lovely stay. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy and the food, especially the breakfast is lovely. Just a note to say they are planning on closing at some point in the future - we were told it would be August next year so do check if you ring to book. We hope to return again before they close. Thank you"

"They were extremely accommodating and fabulous. When we realized we needed to book one more day, we just paid for an extra day and they kept us in the same room. No questions asked when we needed help with something they were super helpful. I would definitely recommend that hotel"
