"A good place to stay helpfull and friendly staff .good to come down for breakfast to a warm friendly staff .Are room was on the 22 floor so had a good view to the south out of London. When the weather was good .the only thing that was wrong .had small coffee cups in room .As I am a tea drinker ,they was soon changed for tea cups"

"Daily fresh towels which was great. Room was reasonably clean but a little run down (marks on the wall, bath, etc). The real issue was the parking garage where the stairwell had an intense smell of urine with large water puddles. This was reported on our arrival, but was not cleaned within the four days we were there."
