"Even though I wasn’t much at the property for too long but the bathroom wasn’t clean enough as shown I felt. Also, the bathroom was very tiny. I was told to pay for the security service as I checked in, which was not mentioned on the time of booking. Which is a bit misguiding to the customers. The who checked me in wasn’t clear enough and seemed to be bit unbothered as didn’t even have clear information about what floor was I on or anything. "

"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."

"Stayed just for one night as part of a birthday trip for my daughter. Wanted to stay somewhere a little more interesting than the usual chain hotels and this absolutely fitted the bill. Spacious room, comfortable beds and no noise from other rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good with lovely views across the dock towards the O2. Would definitely stay here again."
