"guy on reception was very helpful and friendly and spoke good english. Location for the airport was excellent. the rooms are very basic with no facilities and charging extra to use aircon was unacceptable given the cost of the room. biggest issue though - not hot water in the shower - in this day and age this is not acceptable"

"Stayed for one night before an early morning flight, just a few minutes drive from the airport. Got to the hotel 90 minutes before check-in time and was able to check-in early, as often offered by airport hotels. Parking is free with no restrictions. Staff were very helpful and offered practical advice and assistance for arranging an early morning taxi to the airport and how best to get back to the hotel as I wanted to visit Pisa for a few hours. "

There were vendors and people all around the front door which made us walk pass twice with our phones out. There is a sign, so stay on the sidewalk! "

Extremely frustrating - unreliable and internet connectivity mostly not available any time of the day simply not acceptable in this day and age."
