"Lovely hotel with extremely friendly, courteous and welcoming staff. Our room was an Executive double which was a good size and well equipped. Fabulous rainfall shower. Bathrobes were provided. Dining room overlooking the Thames was lovely. Good food and lovely staff (Guldeep especially). All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is in a great location, very central."
