PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The charming House with it's 3 new apartments is located at 10 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 2, 3 and 4-5 persons. All 3 apartments offer a beautiful seaview and a magnificent view all over the bay of Baska. Nearby there are restaurants, pastry shops, a supermarket... Each apartment has a Sat-TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and Wi-Fi internet. Bed linens and towels are changed every 7 days. Parking place is 100 m away from the building. Pets are not allowed in all accommodation facilities. During July and August reservations are possible only from saturday to saturday, in preseason and post-season we have a minimum stay of 2-3 days. The parking is 250 meters away on a private lockable area.
Please keep in mind that in addition to the rental price, a local eco-tax, a one-time registration fee for each guest and a final cleaning fee will be charged on site.
