Angaben im INTERNET teilweise falsch, falsche Strandangabe, Buffett zu eintönig, Geschirr dreckig, Personal oft nicht anwesend und Verständigungs schwierigkeiten!

Nett gemeint, viel Stückwerk.

Insgesamt bietet das Hotel vieles, aber leider bleibt auch manches eben Stückwerk. Im Fitnessraum funktioniert leider nicht alles, das Frühstück ist ganz gut, aber eben auch nicht mehr, das Abendessen (nur einmal in Anspruch genommen) war an diesem Tag eine Katastrophe. Mag an der Tagesform gelegen haben, aber das war echt grausam. Dafür ist die Lage sehr schön mit netter Terassenlandschaft und Wahnsinnsblick auf Brac, die Zimmer sehr sauber (auch wenn der Service manche Dinge wie zB neue Gläser nur auf Zuruf erledigt), und das Personal im Grossen und Ganzen sehr bemüht und freundlich (Achtung: Nicht jeder weiss alles oder spricht gleich gut englisch/dt.), wenn auch etwas "schreckhaft." Weitere Kleinigkeiten: - Röhrenfernseher sehen mittlerweile einfach nach 1950 aus. Es gibt 3 dt. Fernsehsender, von denen nur einer wirklich gut empfangbar ist (Sport1). RTL ist so lala, während das ZDF eigentlich nur rauscht. Interessanterweise verbergen sich noch ARD und Eurosport (de) im Sendersuchlauf. Warum muss das der Gast rausfinden? - Der Pool ist ein Witz, aber den braucht auch niemand, da das Meer nur 50 meter entfernt liegt. - Alte, ranzige Teppiche in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel? Wirklich? Insgesamt eher ein gutes 3-Sterne Hotel, oder ein unterdurchschnittliches 4-Sterne-Haus. Wobei ich kein Vergleich habe zu anderen Hotels dieser Landeskategorie. Aufgrund der Lage und der freundlichen Atmosphäre eine Weiterempfehlung. Achtung: In Promajna ist wenig los, unbedingt Auto einpacken!

Relaxation Gem.

If you want a nice quiet relaxing stay then this is the ideal Hotel for you. Kristina and all the staff were friendly and helpfull, nothing too much to ask. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and rooms for our family were spacious. Fridge in the room big enough to put your own bits and pieces in fruit, cans bottles etc. Beach is less than a minute from the front of the hotel and food was excellent in "EDITA" just less than a two minute walk away. Nothing to fault this Hotel on at all for what we used which was the room and pool. Your not ripped off by over charging on the bar front,more or less the same as restaurants in the area. If you are after nightlife then this is not the place for you. 10.30 and all is quiet, Total bliss. Restaurants and food around the village was excellent and you werent blasted by loud music. One small supermarket at the other end of the village and one just up the road from the tourist office where you could buy more or less all you would from a Tesco express. Loved this place so much definitely going to return as so quiet and relaxing. No coffee or tea facility in rooms but came prepared and milk was not a problem to buy as was any thing else from the supermarket. So glad we tried the walk to Baska Voda about 40 mins along the path(concrete) as it was beautiful to see the wonderful views and pine forests. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to totally chill then this is A*+. You will not be disappointed by staying here.
