"Dollinger's should be charging $40 more per night.
That about says it all, but I will elaborate:
The room was very very clean, did NOT smell.
The employee in the evening and the employee in the morning were trained very well and did a great job interacting with us.
There is plenty of parking.
They provide bags of ice instead of using a noisy moldy ice machine.
Dollinger's does not provide breakfast, but the money we saved on the room cost compared to other hotels, more than covered breakfast at...

"Staff was awesome. Rooms were meh, our first room the toilet wouldn’t work. They provided a plunger but that didn’t fix the issue.
Carpets were gross, dirty feet after walking on it. Shower curtain was falling off and the shower head half worked."
