Fantastic cabin and location

Booked a trip that was a girls trip for the first few nights, and with my 2 kids the following few nights and the cabin was absolutely perfect for both. Kim was wonderful to coordinate with, the cabin was clean and as listed, and the location can’t be beat. Top notch all around!

Cozy and Cute!

Our family of four had a great stay at the house. It was a great location for getting to Yosemite. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. We did not use the outer/downstairs room. I was happy to read by the fireplace and the kids took advantage of the cards and games.

Great Stay

Great family stay

Clean, modern, centrally located. Nice amenities, huge outside deck. Was great for our family of five and became the central hang out for our extended family who was also visiting Bass Lake. Highly recommend!

Cutest cabin ever

This newly renovated cabin was wonderful to stay in. The deck is huge, beds are very comfortable, & the location is great. The owner immediately responded to any questions we had, she was great to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

Yosemite trip

We stayed at this cabin so we could be closer to Yosemite. Great neighborhood. The cabin was great, plenty of room for 4 couples. Loved the look of the A frame. Would stay at again!

Property is quality, clean, and very well appointed. Cozy is a good word for bedrooms, as they are small by all modern standard… but comfortable. Recommended!!!

Great A frame

It was a gorgeous home with a lot to offer. Will definitely stay again. Communication was great with the owner-- she went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of, even shared some good suggestions for restaurants and activities. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely setting, updated cabin. Very homey and welcoming. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A quick walk to Bass Lake. We really enjoyed our time at the Acorn Falls cabin.

Beautiful cabin near the lake

The cabin had everything we needed. Beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful, large deck with large picnic table was perfect for having lunch and enjoying the outdoors. Just a short walk down the hill to the lake. Quiet street.

Adorable Cabin in Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin with lovely modern updates. It was the perfect size for two families. We loved having the big deck to spread out on and the close proximity to the beach. The cabin was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Easy communication with the owner as well. 😊

Perfect Family Cabin

We had an amazing time at this cabin. It was a perfect space for 3 and easily could accommodate a larger family or grandparents. Sitting around the fire with the beautiful view from the windows in the A-Frame was such a great experience. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bathrooms were very nice with great showers. We got lucky to have a fair bit of snow and playing on the property and the short walk to the lake made for a great time.

Outstanding place

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Kim was an awesome host! Evetime we had a questions she replied immediately. As for the home, no complaints at all. We loved setting in the living room and looking out of the large windows. My family and I will defiantly be back.

Everything you need in a stylish Cabin

We loved our trip to Bass Lake and the stay in Kim's Cozy A Frame. The place has a wonderful feel to it-the rooms are updated and clean, stylish and cozy. The location is stunning, very close to the lake and to hiking trails, a delightful walk into town and tucked away from the major hustle and bustle of the area. The walk around porch is HUGE and would be spectacular in the summer. We will come again!

Amazing Bass Lake experience at Acorn Falls!

We absolutely loved our time at Acorn Falls!! The house is beautifully redone and updated and was perfect for our little family. A stone’s throw from the lake and short drive to The Pines Village area was all we needed during our week long stay. Kim made everything relating to the house very easy and communication was great. Hope to be back in the future!!

Perfect Cabin at the Lake

Located just steps from Bass Lake's Falls Beach and one mile from nearby restaurants and shops, this A-frame cabin is ideally located for your next trip to the Sierras. Whether you're looking for a base camp for your trip to Yosemite, a fun lake vacation, or a cozy mountain retreat, you can find it at Acorn Falls. The house boats an expansive deck set on the side of a rock, an open concept main level with great living space, huge windows, and a beautiful kitchen, and four comfortable sleeping areas. Kim is a wonderful and responsive host and made our stay incredibly easy. We highly recommend this cabin for your next trip!

Magical!

We had the most wonderful time! Kim is a very welcoming host, who responded to our emails immediately. Her home is beautifully decorated, in a spectacular setting at Bass Lake and near Yosemite. Her fireplace kept us cozy and in the holiday spirit and we will look forward to enjoying the wrap around decks on a warmer visit that we are already planning! The house has been meticulously renovated and is so warm and inspiring and to get to have the chance to spend a vacation in with family, well we loved every minute! Thank you, Kim, for such a memorable vacation!

Poor communication

There were a few issues. Down stairs bedding was wet. Was told house keepers put bedding on wet to turn on dehumidifier and open door which has no screen. Owner was notified of this issue. Said she would check back in the morning. Was not contacted by owner until check out day . Three days later. The room with twin beds upstairs could not use , Extremely hot. Upon arrival the down stair was hot, no air was on nor ceiling fan. Took cooling home down until next day. I would not stay here again, Regards, Charlene Aranda
