Our usual summer family vacation to Bass Lake, it was a great stay, plenty of rooms, large kicked and spacious dining and living room…hangout and playroom. Plenty of parking and Awesome access to the lake, boat slip and small picnic area!!! Highly recommended

The location was perfect. Had our boat slip right down the street. Was nice for a grilling area and nice to be able to be at the boat dock and swim with all the kids.

Great for a big group of friends. Spacious, clean, and no cobwebs. A bear approached the BBQ area at night but fled when we shouted (that was fun!). The only minor flaw: no electric or regular kettle.

The living space and bedrooms are very nice. Game area upstairs. Access to the lake is a very short walk or drive to the marina. Barbecue seemed to work well. Many driveways in this area are steep but this one is very accessible. This is a 5 star home but we had to have some basic issues resolved during our stay.

2nd year in a row! Great location a few minor hiccups but the management took good care of us. If it’s available next year we’re going to come again!

Very spacious home! Close to lake that we mostly drove to, but we were able to walk if needed. Short drive to to town.

The house is spacious and very comfortably fit our large group of 12. Open floor plan helped us all enjoy our time together. This is my second time staying in this house and I will definitely be staying there again.

Enough room for a big family. Maybe some extra toilet paper will make it better.

Wifi is spotty when you leave the house. So no wifi in lake. We had no connection to our other family members. So keep that un mind. Always have a plan where to meet. The house was great to come back and wind down ofter a long days out in the lake and at yosemite National Park.

10/10

The house was amazing, mostly clean, close to the water. Perfect for our family get together. It was a great time. The grill was dirty when we arrived and the propane tanks near empty but other than that everything was perfect. But that aside we still had other options to cook with so it really wasn’t that big of a deal.

I miss this cabin already! Just waking up and opening the blinds to see the fresh air of clouds and the lake view, is breath taking. I would book this cabin again next year. Only thing is the microwave connected to the wall was broken and the filter on the bottom was sticking out which made it a lil hard for my family and I to cook besides that we all had so much fun and did not want to leave at all.

The Robinson house is a beautiful home with a warm, clean, bright, rustic field to it. The property owners have anticipated your needs, and have almost every appliance in utensil that you will need to feel at home. If you have trouble climbing stairs, this is not the house for you. We rented the house while we were at Bass Lake for my daughters wedding. It’s a small trek, about 3 miles to the Pines resort. It was convenient and a refreshing alternative to the chalets and lodge. Highly recommend!

Spacious and open, comfortable for the eight of us. The layout of the home was great. Definitely could’ve used a few personal touches. Many of the lightbulbs were out, cobwebs, and a really dusty fan in the high ceiling that is eye level on the second floor. The kids were sad that the foosball table didn’t have a ball. No soap for the showers, no foil or Ziploc’s, and while the listing said coffee maker, it’s actually a Keurig. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Just a few things we would’ve appreciated. Also, I think renters should be told of the unfinished downstairs. It’s actually a little creepy down there but that’s how you get to the garage.

We had a large family gathering of 11 stay at the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Having the large kitchen and living area was perfect for us all hanging out. I don't think the house was cleaned very well. 1. The floors seemed like they haven't been mopped in a long while. Our feet where black within a few minutes. Also found crumbs in the corners and under the dining table. 2. Outside table had grease on it. 3. The underside of the microwave was super dirty with oil. Supplies: The house does not come with many supplies. For a house this size and the lack of local stores nearby, it would be great if a few things were included. When we showed up there was only 1 paper towel, again 1! For a house that is listed as sleeping 12 we should get more than that. Or at least put it in the description. Also there was no salt and pepper. Soap to wash dishes was also non existent, also there was no extra trash bags and we had to go buy those. Again some basic household necessities would be nice. The pull out couch in the loft is kind of falling apart and was uncomfortable. Kids ended up sleeping on air mattress instead.

This is our second year in this cabin. The living room / dining room / living room is well suited for family hanging out time.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have more communication with the owners before hand to answer questions but overall everything turned out great!

I'll start with the PROS: Large home with plenty of space for our (extended) family of 11. Each couple had their own bedroom and then we split the kids up between the remaining two bedrooms, so everyone had a bed. The house itself is within close proximity to the lake and the use of the private boat slip was definitely the best part of this property. CONS: House needs a deep clean from top to bottom. Baseboards, light fixtures, a/c vents, bedroom furniture all had a thick layer of dust, dirt, hair that has accumulated. Downstairs half bathroom was not clean at all when we checked in. Carpet was not vacuumed well and needs professional cleaning. Has a weird odor coming from it and a big stain that goes from the top to the bottom of the staircase going down to the garage. Kitchen cabinets all need to be wiped down inside and out. Many of the dishes we had to wash before using bc they were either not cleaned, dusty or had dead bugs in them. Massive spider webs hanging from the ceiling. I contacted the property management and they sent someone out the next morning, however she only stayed for an hour to "touch-up", which included cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the stairs and getting some cobwebs. I couldn't really tell what else she did because everything else remained dirty. There was ONE roll of paper towels, two extra rolls of toilet paper and ONE trash bag. For 11 people for 7 nights. There is no welcome packet or information about the specific property to reference, so we were surprised by this and the fact that the house is barely stocked with anything beyond bath towels and mis-matched kitchen essentials. Hand soap was either almost gone or watered down as well. I would not classify this property as "luxury". I think that is misleading. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice house, but the accommodations were average at best. The house is just not maintained or cared for very well to be using the word "luxury" in the title of this listing. Walls had marks on them, holes from missing screws in several places, beat-up, ripped furniture (couch, lamp and foosball table) upstairs. The large dining table is a plus, but only has 6 chairs. There was random stuff thrown in cabinets throughout the house, trash and left behind socks under beds, dirty towels on the back of bedroom doors. Perhaps this property hasn't been rented out in awhile or the housekeeping company is short-staffed and they're cutting corners, I don't know. I hope they do better.

Check in was a nightmare they have a sign out front to text for the keys at the rental office I text and about four other groups of people showed up and they got them keys And they didn’t even call or text so I guess it’s wait by the door For keys not text. House was nice a lot of stairs. Still doing some remodeling work on the lower floor. The driveway is a challenge if you don’t have a truck. Some distance from the lake. They sure do charge a hefty cleaning fee for someone to just come in and wash sheets and blankets we cleaned everything else. Place was nice but it sure was a hassle if you can find somewhere else I would advise it.
