Located in beautiful Bass Lake near Yosemite National Park, this beautiful 3 story home is a two minute walk from the lake. The home has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, & sleeps 18. Upstairs is the main home. Floor 2 has 3 bedrms (including a master w/bath), 2nd bath, large updated kitchen, 2 dining areas, massive covered deck. Floor 3 has second master bedrm, another large bedrm w/4 twins beds, a bath, and a huge living rm. The "apartment" on the first floor has 2 bedrms, 2 baths, 2 living rms, and a galley kitchen. Perfect for multifamily vacations! There is a garage, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, heater, and evaporative cooler for floors 2 & 3, cable, high speed internet, BBQ. Home has personal dock slip on private community dock. Bass Lake is a wonderful resort area with restaurants/bars, community center, quaint shops, along with hiking, boating, fishing, swimming. Rental boats, bikes, & more available.

Great Large Cabin with an Amazing Location

We’ve stayed in this cabin now for four years in a row. It is huge with seven bedrooms and a great location. You can walk to the dock where there’s a slip for you if you have a boat. Nikki is a great host and always answers any questions quickly!

The PERFECT Yosemite spot

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Great location for Yosemite or a perfect lake vacation. We were there with 12 and the house was more than adequate for us. Owner responded very quickly to questions. Just a great rental process and home. Thanks

Large family vacay

Overall the house was great! We all fit, with our own rooms and own bathrooms. Mother Nature had a hot flash which was unpleasant with no AC. But we made the best of it and added a few fans and another portable ac unit.

Annual Lake Trip

This is our third year at this property. We love the location - it's a short walk to the lake. There is plenty of room for parking. There are many bedrooms and bathrooms, which are great for big groups. The best spot in the house is the outdoor deck. It was the hottest year at the lake so far. So that was challenging, but we still had an amazing week. Nikki is by far the best host we have worked with. We cannot wait for next year's trip!

Great home for a large group

Every other year my family has a reunion at Bass Lake. This is the third year that we have rented this home and we will probably rent it again next time. It is a wonderful home for a large group. There are seven bedrooms one of which is a bunk room with four beds. Plenty of room for a large group like ours. They have added air conditioning units to many of the rooms which was great. It would have been nice to have one or two units in the connected two bedroom suite which can get a little warm but otherwise everything inside the house was great. We love to hang out on the big front deck which is big enough for us all to sit down together for dinners. And it is a short walk to the dock where we spent most of our time hanging out. Nikki the host was wonderful and very responsive to messages I sent. All in all, a great rental for a large group.

We love this property. It has a great layout, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which is perfect for large groups. It's just a short walk to the lake. This is our fourth year staying here, and we really appreciate all of the recent upgrades - new mattresses, a new fridge, a shuffleboard, new trash enclosure, and AC in the main living space. The owners are so easy to work with. Can't wait for next year!

Yosemite NP

Nikki was a fantastic host. Replying quickly to all my questions. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time cooking out and playing games. Everyone had comfortable accommodations with everything we needed for cooking and even making homemade ice cream. The fireworks on the lake was the perfect ending to our visits to Yosemite and sequoia NP.

This was our 3rd year at this property and our 15th year spending a week at Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time and love the big deck to relax on and the proximity to the boat dock!

Amazing Vacation Home!

This home is perfect for large families to vacation together! We had a blast and created a bunch of memories on the large deck. Nikki was extremely responsive with questions and made our stay perfect! We can’t wait to stay here next year!

Wonderful Lake House

Great Lake house in a great location! We love Bass lake and have stayed at many different lake houses. This location did not disappoint. It was even better than what we were expecting.

Always a great cabin for our family. Lots of room with a great deck to spend evenings and mornings. I would note that it does not have central AC but two large portable AC units.

Bass Lake 2019

The Thomas home was wonderful. We had plenty of rooms and with 5 baths cleaning up after a day at the lake was easy. The porch was the best part and we spent most of our meals outside.
