"The house including our room and bathroom were clean. The host was also nice. We were lucky that we met the host when we arrived as they were ready to leave when we arrived. If we hadn't met them, we wouldn't have any place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, we were charged another fee by the host nearly as high as what we initially paid with the reasoning that there was a mistake on Expedia and that they didn't work with them anymore. "A really lovely hotel close to all the attractions in Vicenza and also convenient for the railway station. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend Palazzo Scamozzi and will definetly stay here again."
