"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . This holiday park has lots of potential with a nice pool, and nice little chalets, and nice friendly staff, however it is poorly maintained and in need of a deep clean. While I would not consider this a “Spa”, they did have hot tubs available for private use. And you might need one if you actually swam in the ocean. The setting is lovely. "You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. These are just practical tips, don’t let it scare you away. The place was great, still mere metres from the beach, very clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff is excellent. Make sure to try their restaurant, it is great. We had a family room, with twin beds in a loft, which the kids loved. It’s a nice walk to the Juno Beach centre, which every Canadian has to see once. In the morning there is a fish market, giving you a local vibe."
