"I am a returning visitor to the island and I loved the property. The landscaping is amazing with all the variety of fruit trees and the walking path made it so easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, plenty of room for my three children to swim and play without being on top of one another. The location was perfect, far enough away to have privacy but close enough to get to the grocery stores in 3 minutes, town in 5 minutes and Pinney’s beach is just a 7 drive away. "

"Great location, good info about beaches, restaurants, places to see. Housekeeper came twice weekly, pool cleaner also twice weekly. And monkey entertainment was fun!"

"Truly magnificent. The property is very well maintained, and had everything we could need! The host was also very responsive, arranged our airport pickup, water taxies etc etc. The ACs are a bit underpowered, and the cleaner wasn't the best, but I didn't let that bother me. The pool needs to be cleaned daily cause it's a heavily landscaped yard, so lots of leaves and flowers, but that's the tradeoff. I would definitely stay here again."

"Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."

"Fabulous!! The screened in veranda/deck, pool and beach access were terrific. Location was outstanding. Interaction with the property management personnel couldn’t have been better. Only suggestion for the property would be to make a grill available. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying on Nevis."

"Magical to be able to sit on the balcony with a gin and tonic and watch the amazing sunset over the sea. Lovely house and gardens. All in all lovely place to have a relaxing comfortable holiday. Nevis itself is a relaxed island with attractive restaurants serving delicious food."
