"Not well managed, poor room condition"

"I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful 16th-century castle with my parents. The property truly exudes history and character, and what makes it even more remarkable is how thoughtfully it has been renovated; preserving the original structure and architectural essence of the castle without compromising its authenticity. Tucked away just beyond Bassi near Chittorgarh, the castle offers a serene escape from the bustle of city life. Standing atop its ancient walls and overlooking the village below, we were treated to breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset, each more memorable than the last. The rooms were spacious, and clean. The hospitality was equally exceptional. Despite there being a bit of a goof-up with the booking on Expedia’s side, we were swiftly checked-in. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel less like guests and more like family members who had come home for a meal. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which added a deeply personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a perfect blend of history, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality—an experience we will always cherish."
