"Perfect place to base yourself for exploring both the town and the surrounding the Basque region. The Apartment was just right for a couple and the two Bikes were just great for exploring the town. Having a washing machine in the apartment and the Supermarket, Chemist and Bike tracks adjacent was great. "Beautiful property, well equipped and quiet. Has a very nice view of the sea from the patio/living room. Virginia is a super host, she reached out with details before arrival, was very responsive and flexible, she even stopped by to help turn on the heat when we asked for help. "Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar oben, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll."

"A lovely apartment, about 25 mins walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz. The accommodation was excellent (we provided our own towels and sheets) and communication with the owner was good. We had one small issue while we were there, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and expected. Thanks very much!"

"Everything we found was in line with the description. The apartment is pretty, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is south-west facing and quite private. It´s only a few minutes walk to the beach (and bakery), 10 minutes walk to a well-supplied supermarket and a good half-hour to the center of Biarritz. Tout cela est idéal pour une famille avec enfants pour profiter des baignades quand il fait très chaud comme cet été. Logement suffisamment confortable, des pièces un peu petites pour 4 (deux adultes et 2 enfants) mais cela n'a pas été gênant puisque nous étions la majeure partie du temps en extérieur. "Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️"

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
