"The property is really ok but nothing more. It is 10 min drive to Annecy but I think I was expecting a bit more based on the informations on Expedia. Would I go there again not sure but ok value for money."

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."

"Unfortunately it was not what we were expecting. There had been a lack of maintenance on the property since the good reviews. I booked it based upon the high stars however since that time/reviews, it seems as though there has been no property upkeep. From the check-in not being clear even hours before the check-in time, the bathroom drainage did not work so we were limited to 20second showers (or else the shower drain would overflow and there were water marks to show it was not the first time)...
