Flott hotell med nydelig beliggenhet. Nydelig mat i restauranten Sand og en god frokost. Minus for støy fra hotellets utested da rommet vårt lå mot gaten, og at man måtte betale ekstra for en Americano til frokost.

Utmärkt hotell mitt i hjärtat av Båstad-tennisen. Vi bodde i ett av annexen som var lugnt och fint. Stort och fräscht rum. Trevligt spa med flera avdelningar, inklusive kallbadhus där det också fanns en varm pool. Lyxig frukost.

Vi boede i Annex værelse og det var godt slidt, ikke hvad vi regnede med til prisen. Vi havde købt ophold uden SPA og kunne være interesseret i tilkøb, men vi måtte ikke få adgang for at se forholdene. For at benytte rooftop bar skulle man i klæde sig badekåbe - det må være en svensk ting 😮

Personalen borde informera om faciliteterna vid ankomst och även ge information om wifi utan att man ska fråga om det (när det krävs lösen). Annars kan ni lägga ut nyckelkort så slipper det vara mänsklig kontakt överhuvudtaget. Dessutom borde det ingå gratis kaffe.

Medium service på hotellet, dålig service på restaurangen. Hade de varit mera på tå så haded notan blivit dubbelt så stor. Maten var väl inget direkt heller för det priset och klassen de försöker hålla. De har lite att jobba med Frukosten var god och lugn o behaglig
