The property was very well located, close to the bus terminal, the best shopping area, and in the heart of the downtown. The hotel entrance was awkward and not welcoming. The staff person was pleasant, but did nothing more to extend herself. The elevator was quite awkward, but the stairs were even more difficult to manage. The room was clean, but extremely small. It was quiet and did have a pleasant view overlooking the street. Hotel Continental was a convenient, if not very comfortable choice that should appeal to the economy, minded traveler.

The hotel is well situated a short walk from the railway station (not that there are many trains) and also the bus stop for going to the airport. Lots of cafes and restaurants close to hand.

Staff was fantastic, so helpful, early check in by 9AM after the overnight ferry from Nice. Room well equipped w kettle and frig, well located just up the street from the Tourist office and large town square. The tourist train took us around town through the old port and up to the citadel. The train driver and guide were great too. Very nice welcome to Corsica. Plenty of pastry shops and restaurants close by as well as the Spar convenience grocery a block away. We also appreciated the elevator! All of the staff were superb!!!
