Perfect location for visiting New York City. We traveled with two adults and three kids and the rooms had an extra pull out couch that was perfect so we could all sleep comfortably. The cleaned the rooms everyday sonot was noceimg bacl from a long day of sightseeing to a clean organized room. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean but older, small room and bed was not comfortable-seemed like a hard box with very little give to it. Staff was friendly, walkable to everything.

The hotel is stunning and staff was great. It’s a grand hotel that has an old world charm. We opted for the deluxe suite that provided us with a magnificent view of the town and mountains. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. And the breakfast buffet is outstanding.
