"The lobby was grand, from the ceiling, to the floors and the fine arts decor. Our room was Premier Deluxe. The room was small but it had all the amenities we needed.
Downstairs were restaurants. We went to the one with karaoke, although the karaoke kept turning on and off. The staff helped us all the time. The pool looked good from we were seated. Staff service was excellent. I was mot familiar with how tipping went. In the bill, we were charged service charge and asked if that was the tip. Staff explained that that was different from tip.
We booked a second night in deluxe and front desk made the move seamless. There was a shuttle to MOA and it was very convenient especially since it was raining.
Breakfast was really something to look forward to. 1st day I had the sauteed sardines, porridge, miswa soup. There were all kinds of bread, cheese. There was corned beef, chicken, pork. 2nd day they had fish fillet which was soft and delicious. One of the desserts was mandu, which was siopao bun without the filling and you dipped it in condensed milk. Throughout the breakfast experience, staff was around to take away empty plates and fill the glasses with water. Excellent service!"
