Short trip to Batam.

The front office staff Tania spoke good English and was very warm, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, service staff Wani n Devi was serving at the breakfast cafe. Their service was excellent. The conditions of the room was just ok to stay for a few nights, rooms was very small and there was no cupboard but there was a safe below the mirror. The hotel is directly opposite the Nagoya Food court. It is a very nice airy hawker centre serving many types of cuisines and local fare with live band playing every night except Mondays.

It is a noisy hotel with ingrained dirt. But, its cheap, with a massive food hall opposite. So its convient, safe, and walkable. The pool is to small to swim in, more like a plunge pool. That said, it is there so you can use it. It's not the best hotel I've stayed on my holiday but its functional and the staff try their best. I think, reception asking me to pay a deposit when it was not in the contract prejudicist my view of the hotel a little.

For the price paid, i would not complain about the quality. basic needs are all met. just be prepared that hotel is quite old, hence, many equipment, furniture are not in the best state. however, room is clean, sheets are clean, bath towels smell great.

My experience at this hotel was very terrible. They hide clauses and do not disclose it on Expedia. Here are many. 1. They are totally rude and don't respect customers. 2. They asking deposit for roomkey(Cash, passport, working Id card or secure documents). They do not accept it by online eithor in cash (only Indonasian Rupeea) or your sensitive documents. If a person dont have cash they not accept other currencies and will not allow to check-in. 3. You can not smoke inside the room you have to pay 35 USD. 4. The room is very small and has a smelling area. 5. At 4:15, the Room was not ready, and had to wait outside. I'll not gonna consider this hotel, especially at this price range and not suggested anybody. Please select another good hotel in this price range. Happy stay.

This hotel is a decent hotel and opposite is Nogaya food court which has a lot of food like A2. Its convienent to find food or have a chill . The breakfast was not fantastic but can fill your stomach. The pool is very small, maybe just nice for 8 children to dip in water. During the check out, i didnt know my dad in law dirted the bedsheets with some stains as his piles burst. The counter service man asked me to go back when i already walked out of the hotel and asked me to pay $20 sing to compensate. Is it up to them to say a price? i was rushing off and it just slipped off my mind to questioned him for black and white or a receipt. He simply say 20 0000 when my hsnds was still holding 2 pieces of 100000 that he returned me as deposit. Will he really put this into the hotel's account? Bedsheets can be washed isnt it? $20 in Indonesia for washing ? In Sing, if i send to Self laundry will cost me less than $10. I booked 4 rooms and they arranged 2 rooms for smoking and 2 rooms for non smoking. There are 2 lights in 2 rooms couldnt off so i have to use towel to cover. Aircon temperature couldnt be adjusted.

観光で一泊しました。 ロケーションは最高です。Nagoya Foodcourtの目の前で、食事には困りません。また近くにはローカル屋台やマッサージなど様々なお店がテンコ盛りです。 部屋は値段相応ですが、清潔・快適です。また何よりもスタッフのサービス精神が良かったです。 無料の朝食もGood！ 総合的に良いホテルでした！！
