I need to bring up the issue of stay in the hotel . I booked superior room which queen size bed . But I saw 2 single bed joint together which I unable to sleep whole nite becoz the bed keep moving at times. I waste my one night stay there . The hotel location is a bite in away from the main road.room are comfortable to stay .clean .it good to have facilities like spa/massage. Nightclub and karaoke.

Some lights were spoilt and cannot be fixed. Staff is friendly and provided 2x transport to and fro the ferry terminal to pick a friend up. However, the driver misunderstood that I am leaving and left me there along with my friend. The spa is closed and not working.

We already request the hairdryer b4 check In and the second day ,they say will prepare to us waiting until the last day also don't have.facilities also so so... spa hot spring broken still want to wait them prepare almost 1 hour . they like to give customer waiting .even the counter have more than 3 person they only serve a customer
