More with Expedia. I booked a deluxe rm and paid to Expedia. But the hotel never received the booking and was fully book.
Tried to use the Expedia app to communicate with the chat bot. It hangs and never been able to connect for at leasd 10 attempts.
The hotel went out of their way to provide.me a spare room. But kt was old ans smells.
Worse booking experience I had with Expedia.
Money collected upfront with no confirmation from vendor, and non-existent support.
