"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. "

"Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. "

"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. "Nothing but good words for this wonderful hotel and its lovely staff. We stayed in a suite for 4 nights facing the Twin Towers. View was impressive and beds were superbly comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was lovely too and restaurant was never too crowded. Also love the hospitality at the lounge access where my girls and I spent a few hours everyday doing work. To top it all off, the hotel is right next to KLCC Park with its own running track and majestic views, perfect for someone like me who prefers pounding the outdoor tracks to the indoor treadmill. Need I say more?"
