This is an Airbnb, not a hotel, located in a luxurious building shared with other entities. Nobody representing my rental. The reception in the building emphasized that ours was private and refused to get involved. We were given a key later by a representative that eventually showed up, without much explanation, not being told that there were two symmetrical wings with similar numbers. We ended up opening the door of an apartment with a family inside. Horrible experience. The apartment itself was large, elegant and comfortable. It only contained two
plates, two glasses, two sets of silverware, a single frying pan and a small cooking pan, nothing else. No glass in the bathroom, no paper or cloth towel to clean in the kitchen.
I cannot recommend this place as it is.

"Beautifully presented hotel in the heart of KLCC, a couple of minutes walk to the towers/Suria KLCC. Very noisy, windows aren't double glazed and the fit out is a tad dated but huge rooms and space. Air con worked, strong wifi and easy walk to dining and other amenities."
