A beautiful meadowlark singing his distinct song. These are one of my favorite grassland birds.
Another shot of a male bobolink in a field of grass and wildflowers.
While heading out in the morning I noticed a doe and fawn along a creek bed so I stopped and took a few shots. The doe thought she was hidden so I only took a few images and left without spooking them. Spring is such an amazing time of the year to photograph wildlife.
