Beautifully decorated, spacious, bright and very clean room. Location could not be better. Quiet room, civilised staff. There’s a lively lounge, all very civilised and charming. Can recommend except for the mattresses, which in our room were too old.

this is the second time here and a great place to stay close to most things but far away not to be to noisy. the one down side was I could hear everything going on in room 12. Breakfast was good. will be staying here again.

Lovely place, would definitely stay there again

Lovely place right in the heart of Bath with very friendly staff and superb breakfast choices. Very easy access to shops and some superb local restaurants. Only downside is lack of parking, but this is easily resolved with several options just 5-10 minute walk away.

This was so convenient to walk to anything you might want to do in Bath without the noise that comes with being in a busy city centre!! The building is gorgeous and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in Bath!
