The space
Innisfree has four spacious bedrooms, a large well equipped kitchen family dinner and spacious gardens.

The house is a Smart installed house, meaning you can control entry, lights and temperature all via Alexa.

A breakfast bar with stools and substantial dining area that links directly to the comfortable lounge, all over looking the rear garden.

1 family bathroom, 1 ensuite to the master & 1 WC.

To the rear is a terrace opening up onto the garden, perfect for late afternoon drinks or a BBQ. Table and chairs on the patio area.

Located at the end of a private drive leading off one of Baths most prestigious roads; Lansdown. With the ever popular Hare & Hounds a 5 minute walk.

Child friendly home, with high chair, travel cot on request. No stairs to navigate or worry about, so great for families or those needing single level living.

Ample private parking up to 4 cars. Great for large gatherings.

8 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent.

For those who don’t fancy the walk, Bus stop virtually outside the house. For access to or return from Bath.

With Lansdown tennis club directly behind the property, Kingswood school and Bath Royal high a few minutes walk away.

Ever popular Bath rugby ground in the centre of town. Bath thermal spa also centrally located.

Easy links to and from London with Bath Spa railway.

The house & garden furnishings including homewares have just been renewed (October 13) ; new beds, mattresses, sofa, bedding, towels etc. So anyone booking now will have a new home experience.

Egyptian hotel quality cotton (300 thread count) on all beds, brand new duvets & pillows. Brand new TV, speaker systems throughout (Alexa), Netflix, milk frother, dinning table can accommodate 12, comfortable lounge with elegant high end furnishings throughout; Laura Ashley furniture, Neptune, Salcombe trading company. Christy towels, John Lewis bedding. New carpets, new crockery, new tumbler dryer, new kitchen appliances. Hanging and drawer storage in all bedrooms. We’ve tried to think of everything and make this a hotel style experience but with that home away from home comfort and space.

We have links with Norland nanny college and can arrange babysitters. recommend chefs, provide prices for sharing platters, bar staff and give advice on the local area whether it be for a romantic meal or a child friendly day out.

We want this to be a 5 star and will offer appropriate facilities/Amenities.

Innisfree is equipped with a number of smart devices that are there to make your stay more enjoyable. If you would rather not use the technology then its almost all entirely optional.

There is a tablet in the kitchen which should have all of the apps on it that you may need to control any of the in-house technology or you can ask Alexa for help in almost every room of the house.

Hen party

A group of 11 stayed for a hen party, the property is located in a quiet cul de sac close to the town centre( taxi ride away) overall it is a nice property although there are areas that need attention. Chipped tiles in the kitchen, damp walls in some areas, the sofa bed in main bedroom is only large enough for 1 adult or 2 small children and the garden needs more comfortable chairs around the table and bbq unable to be used as it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. This said we did have a good weekend stay in and around bath.
