Dont honor a reservation/confirmation

When we got to the hotel after driving all day they had no rooms.even with my confirmation number they gave our room away forcing us to find another place at 9pm. Dont ever stay here.

Comfortable beds. But thats about it, no hot water in the shower. So be ready to get a cold shower, and none at the front desk to talk to. Toilet floor was visibly dirty and clearly not cleaned.

The room was ok. I ended up checking out a day early and instead of refunding the last day, they adjusted the rate. They must run a halfway house or something out of there or something. They only cleaned the room once during my stay, but for the price it was alright.
