Charming, old-fashioned guest house. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was cozy. Breakfast was quite nice. Note that this place is at the top of a steep hill. Definitely worth the climb if you’re traveling light and reasonably fit, but if you’re dragging heavy luggage or have mobility issues you might want to look elsewhere.

Beautiful and comfortable bed & breakfast, within easy walking distance to the train station and central Bath! My wife and I stayed one night here, and wish it had been more - it’s a really charming place.

Great location not far from the centre and a nice walk down. Stayed in the loft room, comfy bed and pillows and useful tea making facilities and water provided. The only downside was the bathroom, the grouting and mould were really off putting. The whole bathroom could do with a revamp, it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that a good bnb.

The stay was good. There was a banging occasionally from the water pipes I believe which I could hear. That aside we slept well on their comfy beds. Beautiful garden and friendly staff. I would recommend staying here.👌

We absolutely loved our stay at Oldfields House! A beautiful place inside and out. Wonderful old world decor, delightful room with a view of the lovely garden. Great breakfast too. Thank you to Katie and the staff for making us feel so welcome and at home. Thank you also for helping us with further accommodation as we needed as extra night which Katie organised for us. Easy walking distance into the town centre too. Can’t wait to stay again.
