This place was amazing! Would definitely come back to stay here again. Great staff! She let us check in early due to us flying in earlier. The breakfast was so delicious and was ALOT of food which was so so nice. Price point really good too.

The gal at the front desk was amazing, I’d only had three hours of sleep because I went to the Prodigy gig the night before and then I decided this was a decent place to crash for the night. I got in early and while I was willing to sleep in my car until time to check in, she went above and beyond to get me sorted.
There was also a really lovely lady who was working on my floor doing housekeeping who I chatted with briefly. She told me to go in and get my head down, and was just so friendly....

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was a great size with comfortable beds. Location is excellent: 5 min walk to the castle, and around a variety of shops and restaurants and a very safe area. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The only “con” is parking for the hotel, which is about a 15 min walk away, so can be challenging if driving.

This is a wonderful hotel. We will definitely stay here on future trips. The location is ideal and the employees so responsive. Then beds were super comfortable, I just wish they offered a top sheet in addition to the duvet for the weird Americans that are used to that. I'm sure we could have asked for one. When we arrived near the end of time the kitchen was open, they arranged for our bags to be brought to our room and brought us directly to a table in the bar so we got to order in time. The concierge ordered a taxi for our early morning departure the next day and was very helpful. Everyone we met was nice. The room was clean and had a nice shower. Wish we stayed here longer.
